WHAT IS TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING?

TRX is a total body suspension-training workout, the trainee is using his own body weight and gravity to build strength,  improve balance, coordination, flexibility and develop their core.

The most beginner-friendly aspect of TRX is that you can very easily adjust the weight by simply taking a step in or out. Stepping in will mean you are lifting a heavier weight and stepping back will lighten the load. This gives the trainee complete control over the intensity of the workout.
